Dr. Kumra is compassionate and meticulous. I highly recommend her as an ENT - for simple checks to more complicated surgeries.

Last year I came in and had ear exam plus did the testing in the booth at the same time which made sense. I came in yesterday assuming it would be the same. I was informed that I would only get an ear exam but no test and that I had to come back as tests were only on Wednesdays. Very upsetting. A huge waste of my time. I certainly would have made my exam on a Wed if that was explained to me.
Then Dr Kumra suggested end of July for the test. I went to the desk, and was told no appointments till mid September. Very disappointing. Would seem the testing folks not putting patient needs first.

Visit was great. Quick and direct. I was prescribed $180 ear drops which was a little shocking. Sorting through w insurance now.

Dr. Kumra kindly made accommodations for my immune deficiency & higher vulnerability to COVID, RSV, TB, etc, all the terrible things going around now, by allowing me to bring a HEPA filter, & by wearing an N95 mask, which I greatly appreciated. I only wish I could find more doctors like that!

Super ! I am one of Dr. Kumra's long time patients (since 86th street. office) I would not let anyone else touch my ears. She listens and considers the whole patient (not just ears, nose, throat) and ways to improve my well being going forward.
